The Workforce Paradox for Adults with Limited Literacy and English Language Proficiency:
A Report from the Field, February, 2005

A study of the One Stop Career Centers in New Mexico and their effectiveness in serving adults with limited literacy and/or English language skills. This study was conducted in 2002 with funding from the New Mexico Department of Labor.
